Where does sparking the curiosity factor lead?

Life sometimes just does not happen for some people.  Either life has halted or life never really has begun. What ever.  There is little, to none, of life’s needed curiosity factors present where one questions outside ones safety perimeters. Challenges to ones ‘normals’  or comfort zones boundaries are ignored, or slip right by without interest.

Economically these people are viewed as a financial drain on society.  Why don’t they ‘do’ something.  One has to remember that walking in another persons shoes does not mean you feel there personal pain. Pain is an individual mindwarping, time consuming factor of life. Coping with pain is part of the grief cycle that individuals may not even know is happening. Pain become a normality so one closes down ones identity. Literally puts it on hold for however long it takes to avoid dealing with anything that may bring forth the pain. Over time the wounds that inflicted the pain may heal. But the scar tissues remain as a necessary barrier mechanisms to challenges, change and chaos.

Clear Vision Enterprises supports some chosen areas where people may come together slowly forming a small insular network of non threatening people.  Watching for something that generates ’sparks of interest’.  What the participants find is that already they have built a network of ideas, life skills and practical, progressive systems in a non threatening atmosphere are developed by what ever the community is that is developing. If they themselves don’t have what skills, licenses or knowledge is needed then who does or how do we circumnavigate that issue? What else is needed to get something small done.  Can someone write a letter of thanks, draw a postcard of thanks to a local shop for the BBQ held to fund raise for a charity or disaser? Who can turn a sausage on the day may lead to one or two people going to formal training to obtain their food handling certificate. A few years on will an opportunity present itself again so that someone may now have the ‘drive and determination’ to enter formal education system and now gain a food supervisors certificate. Mean while what about another of the original group who is now going to Tafe as a front line restaurant trainee?

Recognizing the time delay human factors, usual lack of co-joined factors and forces, positive and negative attributes of family friends and current community input verses aspirations, visions and a level of leadership development each individual has within, then allowing these to come forth and be seen, enjoyed and valued is of prime importance to the individual through to the community, and society in general.

This is where Clear Vision Enterprises, and associate networks, has the time, a little finance and the ability to draw small groups of people into forming their own non threatening small communities where personal pain boundaries are challenged, people may open up and move into the lower level formal education systems (First Aid Courses, Neighbourhood Houses, Tafe and maybe University  Courses).

All I can say further is that the system that has no outwardly formal system works with all ages, sexes, beliefs, income levels and people in general.
