Alternative Energy and Wind Turbines
Energy is so scarce now a days, let’s rethink our energy sources.

Alternative Energy:
There is a lot of talk in the world today about the energy crisis and about ways that we can contribute to the solution. First, and rather obvious, is to drive a car as little as possible. We can all look for small and simple ways to carpool and to cut down on the amount that we need to drive. We could look for every chance to walk or ride a bike. We get caught up in all of the scientific terms about energy resourcing forgetting the most true source of alternative energy- ourselves. The more we can use our physical bodies, the better health we will be in and the more we will be contributing to the international effort to save energy. Other simple methods of going for alternative energy are to shut off lights during the day and let the natural light of the sun brighten up room or office. Many homes and offices in the middle of the day had lights blaring while the sun was beating in from outisde. So should take a good look around and see what extra lights and other appliances have plugged in that really don’t need to use. The chances are high that everyone reading this has a few small ways that they could save energy each day.
Consider using candles to light room at night while reading. The world may not be changed by one more order from the government, but it just might be changed as individuals do their part in helping find and use methods of alternative energy.
Well then let’s take a look about the current wind turbines that has been growing up and making solution to our energy crisis.

Windmills began to be used for the production of electricity in the year 1888, and the first such windmill, meaning the first wind turbine was built by Charles F Brush in Cleveland, Ohio. By the year 1908, some 72 wind turbines were being used to produce electricity between the ranges of 5 kilowatt to 25 kilowatt. Windmills to produce electricity were commonly found on farms by the 1930s in the Unites States. The first wind machines were used in Persia, as far back as 200 B.C for the purposes of grinding grain. By 250 A.D the Romans began to use the same process for the same purpose. The Dutch started using windmills to drain water from the areas lying in the Rhine River delta.

nice technology…i like it
very very useful source.
Great info
If I lived out in the country, I would certainly have one of these. We should have fields of then in deserts and other wastelands.
Alternative energy is badly needed nowadays. Great article.
I used to have a little windmill when I was a kid… but never thought that it can be used as an energy source… such a great idea…thank you for sharing ^_^
Like the animations and article too. Very useful technology for mankind.
Nice Articles.. Like Me
fascinating
We definitely need alternative energy sources.
Rather fascinating information.
Thanks for reading…

Wow
great article, as usual
nice article
