Dear Royce
I am writing to you today to provide advice for buying your first car. Having taken a look at your situation, and the car which would best suit your current occupation, I have come to the decision that a utility vehicle would be best suited to your needs.
Having seen your price range ($1000 with an extra $1000 finance), a cheap, second hand utility vehicle is easy to pick up at any auto trading website. However, your finance options are harder to distinguish against each other. Before writing this letter, I took the initiative of comparing three different types of finance suitable for your needs. They are all loans, all have a term of 5 years but that is where the similarities end. Bankwest offers a loan with a fixed interest rate of 10.79% and monthly repayments of $216. The Credit Union, ILLAWARRA, offers a fixed interest rate of 8.80% and monthly repayments of $207. Finally, RAC Finance offers a variable interest rate of 9.80-10.85%, but only has a monthly fee of $20.
In comparison, the Bankwest loan is evidentually cheaper than the other two options, by atleast $600 over the term of the loan. It is this loan that I think that you should try and apply for, although this loan will require security in the form of your vehicle.
Yours Sincerely
