5. Action plan
Step five in the Human Resource Planning is Action plan
- Recruitment
- Selection and placement
- Performance appraisal
- Training and development
- Career development
- Compensation
When goals and objectives are set by the organization means they know now what they want to do? After that step they assess the skills of the employees, if skillful employees are there in the organization so it is okay than and if it is not the case than the recruit new ones from outside the organization through HRP. After recruiting the select the employees whose standards match the standard of the organizations requirement and then HRP placed those employees in the position for which they are hired if they are not placed well in their desired positions so HRP placed them.
If the employees are doing well and they are achieving the organizational goals and objective which is assigned to them so HRP promote them and sometimes they give incentives, bonuses etc. These are all the Action plans of HRP (Human Resource Planning).
6. Follow up/ Audit
The last and the important step of HRP is following up and doing audit. It means that what they have planned whether it is achieving or not? If not than they have to look upon on the things if yes than it is good. Thanks
