Level of Satisfaction of Customers of Speed Computer Shop in Magic Mall, Urdaneta City

This study concentrated on the level of satisfaction of customers of Speed Computer Shop in Magic Mall Urdaneta City: a basis for improvement. The researchers used several ways in gathering data and information, which is very important in the accomplishment of this study. The researchers used the descriptive quantitative method of research because this method establishes through the study of what is prevalent. This is more concerned on the information which are related and which are happening at present

Based on the findings the profile of the respondents as to age. Majority of the respondents were aged 18-25 which resulted to 23 respondents or 46%. The findings show that most of the respondents were ages 18-25 and has a percentage of 46%. During this age, people become independent of their families, establish careers, and decide whether to have children. Out of 50 respondents, 14 or 28% were female and 36 or 72% were male. Majority of the respondents were male, which is based on the research conducted by several authors, male were more addicted to computer games who are the common customers of SPEED Computer Shop.Out of 50 respondents, 28% of the respondents/customers of SPEED computer shop were married; 72% were single. In terms of facilities as to ambiance, ventilation, decoration and model of machine has computed average weighted mean of 2.23,2.48,2.41 and 2.39 respectively. This means that the level of satisfactions in terms of facilities as to ambiance, ventilation, decoration and model of machine are very satisfactory. In terms of personnel, personality and hospitality has computed average weighted mean has 2.16, 2.33 and 2.36 respectively. This means that the level satisfactions in terms of personnel are very satisfied. The overall mean rating was 1.92 or with a descriptive rating of satisfactory. Majority of the respondents were satisfied in the assistance of the personnel of SPEED Computer shop. The computed average weighted mean were 2.72 in accountancy with a descriptive rating of Satisfactory, 2.68 commerce with a descriptive rating of Satisfactory and 2.60 in Secretarial with a descriptive rating of Satisfactory. This means that the level of satisfaction of students as to safety measures is satisfactory with an overall AWM of 2.67.

Based on the results, it is therefore concluded that the customers of SPEED computer shop in Urdaneta City were very satisfied on the services provided which means they have to continue to serve their customers in the services they have rendered and at the time they have to treat their customers the way they served them.

The researchers, made their recommendation that SPEED computer shop services need an improvement. The following are the suggested recommendation:The quality of their services should be enhanced. Computer shop owner must orient his personnel and teach them on how to accommodate them in the sense that they are treated as customer. The management should consider and take the suggestions and comments from the customers. The management should consider the safety of its customers through well maintained facilities. The staff should assist well their customers to encourage more customers.
