Jamiluddin Limited is a renowned name in the field of Tobacco sector in Bangladesh, having the name of wide operations. The company is experienced for Sixty Three years in this field   in Bangladesh. Jamiluddin Limited is a private limited company and it is established by the local investors. I have been working in Jamiluddin Limited as a Sales Supervisor in Marketing Section, since 16th December 1999. According to this way I arrange a report on Customer Relationship of Jamil Group of Industries, A closer look”. This  report  fulfills  the  details activities  and  background  of  Jamiluddin  Limited  and  his  all  departments  management  practice.

The  main  objectives  of  this  OCP  report  are  to gather  knowledge  and  to   understand  different  practice  of overall  Customer Relationship of Jamil Group of Industries. In the Marketing department one of the main problems is Restriction on advertisement in public areas media (Television, Newspaper ).,Restriction on Smoking in public areas, Negative circulation against tobacco Industry by different organization and Institution.
Finally, from my close  observation  I  would  like  to  recommend   that  the  management should  overcome the above problem  to select the substitute way for their goal achievement for Marketing Department..
