Every day tasks are many a times so boring and monotonous that keeping up to the quality and completing the task on time was a challenge. But with office automation, the task can be done on time and with efficiency too.
Every day task are many a times so boring and monotonous that to keep up to the quality and complete the task on time was a challenge but with office automation the task can be done on time and with efficiency too.
I can give a very simple example to explain how office automation can help efficiency. Every office has accounting work so let us take this as an example. During earlier days, when the task was manually done there were chance that one can do mistake as the work was done by human and to check the output and find an error was a boring job. With the addition of computers and accounting software, not only the task can be performed with accuracy but also on time again helping efficiency.
Let us take another example of sending emails. During earlier days to perform this task you had to draft the letter then write a letter or type it on type it either on type writer or computer then post the letter and after couple of days wait your letter would reach its destination and you may be replied in same manner. There is too much of wait and time involved in this small and simple task but now the same task can be performed within seconds. You write an email and send it, which will be available at same time and no need to wait for reply. Again, with chatting allowed in office the small discussion can be done on messenger.
With addition of new automated machine in work environment, every one has comfort to work and perform their daily activity with ease, on time and keeping the work standards high.

again very informative you are turning out the right little brain box as I read your stuff.. Im well impressed
Interesting article and perspective. I would not necessarily agree with the closing comment though. When writing letters was the norm, a great deal of thought was put into the content, wording and message. In the rush to communicate through email, it seems that standard have become much sloppier. People seem to put a lot less thought into how their message might be interpreted – often causing misunderstandings.
