Outsourcing Could be Your Answer – Too!
Outsourcing Could be Your Answer – Too!
In the past 20 years, outsourcing of certain categories of work has become the norm in many large enterprises. This began with the office work is done in India to businesses worldwide.
It just makes economic sense too good for business. In the U.S., the average minimum wage is four times higher than in developing countries. So some clever entrepreneurs saw a gap in the market. They realized they could hire people skilled in these countries offer their services to large corporations, including half the current price of these companies were paying their own workforce to do the job and still make a profit.
However, outsourcing has always been considered the domain of large companies only. But with the advent of the Internet, people and companies able to offer others have been able to approach these same companies and reduce the “middle man” to some extent through the Internet. Just one example of this form of outsourcing is all programmers living in former Soviet Union and other Eastern countries and the Third World countries that are able to “sell” their services directly to businesses that require those skills through some well – known websites.
This, of course, works both ways. No matter how small your business may be, even a home business person can now consider outsourcing some of their work. This is especially true in areas such as software and website development, where the U.S. going or First World labor costs are very high in comparison to what can be subcontracted to other places.
Now many of you may think that the type of work you would do can not be outsourced halfway on some third World countries around the world. Well, it has to be, just think outside the box for you to make outsourcing work for you!
Right now there are many people who have reached retirement age (or even been fired through its outsourcing companies) who have unique skills that you can look in their own country. Remember, less than 20% of all people who retire can afford to retire. The rest must supplement their income somehow, whether to do ‘extra work’ or having ‘exits from the hand or the help of friends and family. You could use these people.
There are literally thousands of people with wide knowledge and very expensive they are not doing anything with the skills for the reasons mentioned above. Why not consider outsourcing and use of the talents of these people? Think about it, you can hire top professionals for a fraction of the price of their skills are really worth!
Think of qualified professionals (in almost any field) that may have been dismissed, forced to retire early and can only be achieved unqualified or part-time job in a related field. They can really help you and not charge the “going rate” than the rest of his profession at present charges. Many, even most of these people have not considered selling their skill in this mode.
Now it is only a matter of making contact with these people and to negotiate mutually acceptable terms. Again, through the Internet, you will be able to expand your search to other areas and even other countries. Even the smallest companies can now take advantage of the trend of large companies outsourcing some of their work.
