Confident men and woman.

Based on perception and careful observation, the problems and disadvantages that insecure and immature personnel bring to any type of organization, is that they are too dependent on others to make them complete.  Thus, they drain and become cleaons to those they feel have more confidence than they do.  Also, they are very defensive, because if they are not confident in any thing they are ask to produce or present, such as a document, when ask or question about the document they feel that they are being personally attacked.  You’re talking about one thing and they feel you are attacking them personally, lack of confidence. 

Insecure and immature people are the weakest-links of any organization.  Every organization needs men and woman, who are bold, who know who they are, confident, have strong cognitive skills, which simply means the ability to reason.  Strong skills in the areas of integrity and posses an air of dignity about themselves.  Every organization needs men and woman who when ask to produce documents, who will, search and research policy, directives, communicate with other employees, verify information, for clarity and consistency; thus rooting out any anomalous errors.
