I will negotiate in a minute, and this is what I prepared.

Soon I will negotiate. I want this negotiation will bring goodness for me in the future.  Negotiation is an interaction involving two persons with the same goal and both want to get a big advantage. Negotiations are done so they can find a solution.

We all do not want to lose the business. Here I would like to share three things we can prepare to make our negotiations go smoothly:

1. Explain Our Purpose and Objective.
In negotiating we should explain our goals, what we want and remember we also need to know what the other person wants from us.

2. Give Attractive Offer.
In addition to explaining our aims and objectives in the negotiations we must also provide an attractive offer so the other person can understand as well as get his/ her wish. This is the most powerful moment to get what we want when we negotiate.

3. Compromise.
Thing we want is not always good for our partners, therefore it is necessary to compromise in order to reach its midpoint.

In negotiations there must be things we cannot get and some are not running smoothly while negotiating. At least we can get some of what we want.

And for those of you who have not been able to negotiate well maybe you can learn to negotiate in advance, so later you can get what you want.
