Top 10 Call Centers in The Philippines
10 top call centers in the Philippines. Sources:Feedbacks, local newspapers and wikipilipinas.org. (BEWARE: please don’t take this seriously. This is subjective and bias. If you think your call center deserves to be in this list, then I say that’s your own bias too. I respect that.)
Call center industry is one of the fastest growing jobs in the world. In the Philippines alone, it is considered as the Sunshine Industry due to its massive expansion over the last 10 years. Because of that, it has become an apple of almost every graduate’s eyes. It attracts lots of graduates to work as call center agents. As they say, all eyes on the apple. So nowadays, lots of issues are thrown over the big apple which is the call center – issues like the high risk of HIV. People are also fond of ranking the call centers based on their experiences. So, here are the top 10 call centers in the Philippines:

good information.
Sound information.
In case it is authentic information, I appreciate the effort in collecting the data and bringing out this article.
My friend work recently in People Support right now. I applied teletech before but I failed the final interview but never mind.
Very good share. Good to know this.
great post^^
I applied to work at a call center once but I was never called in for an interview. Oh, well, I’m a professional blogger now.
I know people who work at call centers, although the centers seem to be closing down fast here.
Good Post
I called for help when my computer crashed and my installation disc would not install my printer (after my brother in-law sold me another). A very friendly lady from a call center in the Philippines helped me with my Lexmark.
Yeah, I have talked with Call Center support in India & the Philippines before: Makati & Cebu.
I have Call Center news sprinkled around my new website and a widget on this page:

Very informative!
Thank God!
TP had given me a job offer few hours ago. I made the right choice.
24/7 Customer. the best!! great pay, great benefit, knows how to value their employees.. am proud to be part of the number 1 call center in the Philippines!!
I am currently serving my 30 days grace period upon submission of my resignation letter at Teletech Roxas. My account for 7 months was an Australian account, TELSTRA. I decided to leave the company because of the increasing workload, rapid shifting of schedules (i.e. We have weekly schedules there and the releasing date is FRIDAY, thus making it too tough to make any appointments or commitments.), HMO (i.e. Parents are INELIGIBLE for coverage as dependents even though you\’re single), and the recent UPTA scheduling (i.e. You are mandated to be absent from work, they will pay you still BUT the credits will be deducted from your most prized vacation leave. Motive: To maximise Service Level). To give you a background of my experience and compensation, I started 15K basic plus 500 rice allowance. We have a performance pay out maximum 3K that is non taxable. We have 20% ND. Upon regularization, the increase in allowance is only 500php, making your rice allowance 1K. About facilities, NO question about the comforts rooms, smoking area, parking lot but expect little discomfort to PCs (i.e. IE 6, Adobe Flash Player 7, MS word 2003, NO MS outlook, low RAM and sturdy keyboards. Our TLS have touchscreens. Hehe). My Telstra account upon signing of my contract is MOBILES, BUT due to recent uptraining, it now includes internet, telephone and cable. Whats wrong, no increase. Yes the quality of dayshift there is good but I don\’t think it\’s sensible in there part to increase our workload 300% without additional compensation. That\’s why I\’m transferring now to Convergys Makati, where I signed the contract earlier this month.
I want to apply to 24/7 but I don’t know where their office is. :’(. I am not a Manilenyo and believe me I struggled how to locate Convergys in Makati. Anyway, I’ll just make most out of my choice. By the way another good thing in Teletech is there’s no contract bond. If you are an above average performer, you can increase your pay from 1300-1600 monthly as separate. This is different from Convergys wherein they add the performance pay to your basic directly, hence staying long in Teletech doesn’t increase your compensation. Tenureship is NOT an issue in Teletech in which you can earn as much (or bigger depending on your performance) as those who had 3-5 years call center experience.
i currently work at 24/7 and i must say i made a good choice after leaving JP Morgan Chase in The Fort though we know the fact that JPMC provides greater pay than any other companies as such but 24/7 also matches their digits too. No doubt why 24/7 was selected as the number one contact center. I have been to 2 different centers already and i never felt the fulfillment i’ve gained in my job after joining 24/7. if you have seen some ads of 24/7 about work life balanced, that is indeed true. they have different communities for different activities like airsoft, running/triathlon, outdoor (mountaineering), choir group, dance group, band, and basketball. best people, from upper management down to the agent level. great benefits. cool environment. btw, i work with Optus Business accounts in RCBC plaza. =))
I just resigned from the number one bank in the Philippines to transfer to 24/7 as they doubled my salary!
Moreover, 24/7’s initial interview will really relieve you from being nervous, though I’m just not so sure if all the interviewers are the same as mine (well, lucky me in case ☺).
Very good compensation and benefits! Looking forward for a fruitful experience with 24/7!
I really recommend this to all of you guys!
btw, will be starting on May 5th.. =)
in 24/7, the recruitment assistants are very accommodating!
