A few tips on presentations.

Know Your Subject

Make sure that you know your subject matter well. Read extensively that you will be answer any questions that the audience ask during the presentation.

Practice Makes Perfect

Rehearse giving your presentation in front of people that you trust. You will gain confidence. They can also advise you on how to improve your presentation.

Dress Appropriately

Wear an outfit that you feel comfortable in. Make sure in matches the occasion.

Be On Time

Arrive on time. Be punctual. You will be able to set up your equipment and sort out any other logistics that you need to.

During The Presentation

Speak clearly and confidently. Look at or just above the heads of your audience and take regular breaks (say every 15 minutes).

Also ask questions to determine how well the understanding of the audience

Evaluation

Do not be afraid to ask the audience to evaluate your presentation. You can do this by issuing a questionnaire. The audience can evaluate your presentation, use of aids, content and also how useful the shared information will be.
