Talk with honesty and be smart to alleviate the negative impact. Briefly mention the practical solution you are adopting suggests the desire to improve and if presented well, your weakness will become low-impact.

5. Be punctual

Always arrive at least 20 minutes earlier to fill in forms and take any tests if required. After completing all the tasks, use the remaining time to calm down and be stress free.

Look fresh and sit properly in an interview. Every company looks for vitality to fill in the vacancy and add value. Dullness and slackness suggest a lack of energy and self-revival ability, which are disadvantages in competing for a job.
