Sudbury Hill, London. Danny Hill is the managing director of dbx Ltd. which is a promotions agency within the retail sector with approximately 1,000 employees. He said: “There is a job for everyone. People should be more confident in their strengths and be aware of their weaknesses”.
Mr. Hill said: “If you have an interest, or a desire in your particular field, then you will have the motivation to succeed in your endeavours.
Seven Tips for Jobseekers:
- Get out of bed before 11.00 am.
- Talk to people.
- Be friendly.
- Have confidence in yourself.
- Give yourself the chance.
- Present yourself well, whether it be verbal, written or in appearance. Get your CV noticed, i. e. hand-made paper.
- Understand your strengths and accept your weaknesses. Research the company you want to employ you. Danny Hill said: “Networking in the UK is very important.”
I have met a lot of my staff and clients in pubs, gymnasiums, coffee shops, restaurants, night clubs and sporting events. Get out there, get your face seen and talk to people.
Managers should let their staff know, that they are appreciated and valued. Most managers don´t do this enough.

Dear Andres Klamm,
I am a previous employee of Danny Hill, DBX marketing and have to say I am completly outraged that this bafoon is getting coverage. This con man owes me Approx £600.00 for unpaid work. I am in fact trying to track him down so I can be paid. I worked for him as far back as 2006. This man can not be trusted and should not be…. he is nothing but a common theif.
