Passion

Passion comes before work. This is because when you love what you do, your work is automatically more productive. Thus, between a passionate employee and another that works hard, the first one will be prefered for a promotion. So be careful regarding what field of activity you choose.What do you prefer? To choose a domain that don’t like or an activity that you like and that makes things seem easier?

Work and earnestness

Well, this no longer sounds so very friendly and attractive. But if you want to get out of the crowd in a positive way, you need to work and be serious in your profession, meaning that, everytime you’ll have to manage a certain task, do it as it is.And do it before the deadline.Your work won’t go unnoticed.

Useful, then indispensable

A person who works hard, being loyal and devoted to the plan. Is it necessary more than that? A certain perseverance, that will help you during the time to be perceived as a useful employee, and then, even indispensable. Think it’s hard?

Inventive

An employee who does his work well and effective will undoubtedly be appreciated and will have the salary increased. But if he doesn’t perform to the next professional level, he will pass throw a stagnation that will be recorded by the employer. Thus, you can surprised regarding the reason why you don’t get a promotion, although you have so many qualities and you work so much…

Try to come up with proposals, with good and very good ideas, don’t be afraid to expose your point of view, to give your opinion regarding the professional field and always be informed about the needs of the company. In situations of crisis, a real help will not go unnoticed …

Sociable and diplomat

Let’s remember that person who works enormously and do not understand why it is not promoted. We have another surprise for him. If he prefers just to work hard, in order to perform his tasks, so he no longer has time to socialize and know better his work mates, his work is useless.His status will remain the same in the company hierarchy.

What is the purpose of a good relation with the other colleagues? You don’t have to forget that you have people around you, even if you have a lot of work. A strong connection or at least a cordial one can’t be developed if you have never been interested about the way in which your colleague feels.

Moreover, if you want a promotion, most often to a function of leadership, you will have to coordinate people and not machines. And if you wish to reach the maximum productivity, you have to know how to approach them when you want them to perform a certain task.

Some may be seem strange, but wouldn’t it be perfect to socialize with you colleagues in the spare time? Go out toghether, have fun toghether and you’ll be surprised how friendly and “human” may be those people that are always rigid and serious at work.

And if you’ll be the one who will come with the ideas, you become some sort of leader who will learn step by step about working with people. Because it is a real challenge…

Even if you got the desired position, think that anytime you are able to do more than that…It all depends on you. And I’m not necessarily refer to a raise, but also to a constantly evolving career.Because career represents a stair with multiple steps. It’s all about you to climb increasingly above. The satisfactions won’t be only financial but also personal.
