To Whom It May Concern,
Amrit Kaur has volunteered under my direct supervision at UTL Financial Services as an Administrative Assistant Volunteer over the past year. Based on that association, I can highly recommend Miss Kaur to any individual or organization seeking a highly motivated and prolific person to join their team.
Amrit is a hard-working self-starter who invariably understands the responsibilities associated with a project from the outset, and how to get it done quickly and effectively. Miss Kaur is a resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented person who was frequently able to come up with new and innovative approaches to her tasks and assignments. She is punctual and typically exceeds expectations. She handles pressure well and will voluntarily take work home to exceed the quality required for her assignments. I would highly recommend her, as she would be a tremendous asset to any company.
Sincerely,
Clara Richards
Senior Manager

I often have given a verbal reference, but in a professional career the letter of reference is gold. If someone thinks enough of you to write and sign a reference letter. That gives you more credibility.
