Researching current and future trends of what is hiring as far as employment is concerned, needs to be considered when choosing a career. We all want to follow our dreams and goals; this can be unrealistic when you have mouths to feed and bills to pay.

 Here are some trends in the market at the moment for jobs that are on the rise in hiring, and will continue to be jobs in demand. With this global economy, these jobs are known to last, and will be pursued by future employers.

 People will always get a cold, fall down, break a leg and get hurt. I know this is a sad realization, however it is the truth. The medical fields such as nursing, medical admin or even on the higher scale of a doctor, are guaranteed to give you employment.  The global financial crisis and recessions we always have keep these jobs going. Business’s and personal individuals will always be seeking financial advice of how and when to spend your money. People will always need to do their taxes, and always need to pay their staff. These jobs are lasting, and are considered a job trend now as well as projected into the future. Since mankind is known to have continued recessions, people will always search for financial information and advice.

 Environmental Technology

 Environmental technology is on the rise. Most people are becoming green or organic and want to learn to compost or recycle the products they are using. This is a current job market trend, and will continue to be on the rise as more people become aware of green technology and begin to use it more wisely. Educational teaching on the environment is also a hot trend.

 This is only three of the trends that are marketable right now, and what is considered marketable in the future. As a web content provider and freelance writer, I have come to accept that journalism is on the decline as spoken about by a journalist I read recently. Many graduates of journalism are struggling for employment. Many News websites and newspapers in print are discussing lay off situations, and how journalists are having a hard time finding employment. Faced with this reality, freelance writing has enabled me to pursue my dream anyhow without the added cost of the course and I do make a decent living doing it this way.
