What people look for in a employee.

When you walk into the office, come in and let your future boss talk first. DO NOT sit down until they offer you a seat. Shake their hand firmly; but not too hard. You want to represent yourself as a fun person that is hard working and relaxed. In my previous job interviews in my lifetime i have done lots of wrong things that lost me some good jobs. Most of the people look for a well dressed person with a good smile.

Make sure you are not overdressed or that will ruin it. If you do drugs (which you shouldn’t anyways,) I’m warning you now almost every business will drug test you. Also a bunch of businesses will not accept people that have felonies on their personal records. If you start out with a small job when you are young, stay at that job for 2 or 3 years even if you hate it; trust me its worth it. If you stay at one company for years and it is on your resume, it will show that you have comnmitment and you will stay at their company for a while, and you are willing to work. Hope this helps.
