I’m going to tell you the top most 5 question which an interviewer can ask you any time and these questions are unexpected and quite difficult to answer, but if you are well prepared then nobody is going to stop you. An interviewer can observe you very well at the time when you enter the interview room, then he asks questions. So there are top 5 questions:-
1].Tell me something about yourself?
It is an unexpected question. Usually asked because no one is prepared to answer this question. It is quite difficult after preparing a lot about your subject and had to give answer about yourself. It is difficult to tell something about yourself. But if you are prepared then nothing is difficult. Here you should remember that you should tell each and everything positive about yourself. Never take any negative point about you. Be confident and also you must not behave over.Your answer should not looks like rehearsed.
2].Why did you leave your last job?
This question is very common if this is not your first job. You have to give positive answer in reference to this question. Do not blame management or boss or employees of previous job, it will reflect your negativity and they will never chose you. You reason must be attractive and also very positive. Your reason should not be related to the management or anybody else working with you in the job. Getting it.
3]. Why do you want to join this organisation?
Again a tricky question. Well we all know that we join another organisation or company for some higher salary, but don’t say that you are looking here for higher salary otherwise they will never select you. Say something good and best quality about that organisation and add that you like it the most. It is your dream job which you were longing from last few years. Appreciate the interviewer here. He will then chose you only. If you will appreciate the interviewer in answer of this question then no body can stop you in getting the job. But don’t appreciate to the extent which looks over.

Again a most tricky question. People don’t know how to response this question and answer this frequently that I want XYZ amount. It will become funny and no one is going to chose you. Here in such situation you have to say that it is really a tough and very good question. But salary i suppose should be based on person’s work. You can see my work first and decide what salary you want to give. Because this is my dream job and I want to be here and I want to be like you all. This answer will attract them all and again you are selected.
5].Do you have any question for me?
This question usually asked by an interviewer at the end of the interview and you must be prepared with the question. If you will say that you don’t have any question, it seems like you can’t do anything. But if you will ask some question to the interviewer it will most fantastic and good for the interviewer. You can frame any type of question you want to ask. You can ask about their organisation or other topics. And yes you can ask Will you select me sir?

interviews are sheer luck
once the guy who nearly gave me an appointment letter to join
withdrew it immmediately
as he knew much less about what he was doing

Thanks for sharing!!
This is great advice. A lot of people here in the USA are out of work, so this is a very timely article. I agree with you that it is best to be prepared. I like your writing style!
As an individual who is currently job hunting…I dread what I deem to be the worst and toughest question of all “So, tell me about yourself…” and yet I know it is going to pop up. I don’t really consider myself a salesperson and here I’ve just been given the toughest sales assignment anyone could assign to another person. These are all very appropriate and much asked questions. You mentioned a further list…am I the only one interested? If so, feel free to message them to me. Thank you.
