Google, Inc. offers some of the most amazing job perks I have ever seen. If you are lucky enough to work for this company, you would get 27 days paid time off after your first year. You can use these 27 days any way you like, because if you are sick, your time off for that is unlimited! Google built incredible on site facilities for its employees, such as medical and dental offices, a car wash and hair salons. Employees can bring their laundry and use the free washers and dryers. Don’t even worry about packing your lunch or skipping breakfast in your rush to the office because at Google, employees get three gourmet meals a day!

Another great place to work that offers great job perks is Homestead Technologies in California. This company gives its employees plenty of time off for health and personal reasons. Sick time is unlimited and employees are paid. Employees can also earn paid winter breaks during the holiday season. Digitas Health in Philadelphia sponsors “Beer Fridays” in the winter, and offers an early off option on Fridays in summer.
