Finance and Stress Management
It is difficult to manage finances and quality of life. To manage a big account you need to be stress free.
Money can make people get crazy because they have not managed their finances very well and have wasted it by not buying what has quality in order to preserve it or to sell it. The problem of financial stability has affected many countries in the world especially those that have natural resources and tourism resources which generate a substantial income.
The natural resources we are talking about are mainly oil, gaz, coffee, tea, cocao, bananas, milk products, ski resorts and beaches where people enjoy the sunshine. The oil and the gaz crisis has affected the countries in North Africa and the Middle East. North African countries and Middle Eastern countries have problems of desertification due to the sand that moves in the inside. There is another factor of geographical instability in the desert which is the lack of enough trees. There are palm trees which grow there but they do not provide enough evaporation to bring rain. Morocco, Tunisia and Egypte do not have oil or gaz but they have a tourism industry which is developped. They are on the Mediterreanean Sea.
Morocco has been a place where the famous movie with Humprey Bogart and Lauren Bacall was played. The major cities are Casablanca, Fez and Rabat. Tunisia is famous for the film festival. Egypte had two areas which were the Upper Egypte and the South of Egypte. It is in the Upper Egypte that Ptolome created a Greek Kingdom and there were also italian settlers. Egypte is known for the Canal of Suez where all the goods from all over the world go through. There is a problem about the control of the Canal of Suez which was built by Ferdinand de Lesseps. Gaz is the main produce of Algeria which has an important industry which makes canned food. Nowadays cars use either oil or gaz. Coffee is the main produce of countries like Guatemala, Colombia, Burundi, Angola and Indonesia. One of the nobel peace winners is from Guatemala and her name is Rigoberta Menchu. Colombia has a very famous coffee which is available on the market.
The coffee from Burundi which is remarkable is arabica. It grows in one of the important plantation in the rusizi on the border between Congo former Zaire and Burundi, Angola grows coffee two of different brands. Indonesia is also known for its coffee plantations. It appears that coffee is mostly available in places where there is oil. Tea is available in Rwanda, Burundi, China, Youglavia and India.
Tea is a diuretic which helps to reduce weight. Burundi has tea in its coldest areas. The tea of Burundi like its coffee is very rich in taste. Burundi was supposed to become a free trade country. One of the parts of the history between Rwanda and Burundi says that The first King of Burundi came from Rwanda and his name was Ntare Rugamba and he did not want to return to his home country in Rwanda anymore so he founded a dynasty in Burundi which ended in 1966 in Congo Zaire when Ntare Ndizeye abdicated. The economy of Burundi is mainly based on agriculture.
My observations make me think that coffee helps to gain weight and tea helps to lose weight. This means that it is preferably to be careful with coffee and tea. Now, the problem is to know what have all these countries done to with the money they earned with the above resources. It is important to know that each person is responsible of using the money appropriately. There are cases where there are people who feel that they did not get enough from their money. So, what can they do. It is better to think that it was a missed occasion to do something good and not to blame others. One penny brings another penny.
