Ok friends …So you want to read this article hmm? Ok!! if you are reading this article, you know what Team Stock Researchers (TSR) is. If you don’t know… don’t worry. Because in this article, we will discuss that topic. (Yes, now you can smile!!) So any how you should carry on reading the article.

Ok so.. Can we start? Before that just go to Google and find out “stock researchers”… You will get more than 20 pages of stock researchers list. We can see lots of stock researchers around us. Everyone is ready with “TIPS” to earn in stock market. But very few were there in 2008 crash time.  TSR was there with their strong client portfolio and consistent performance. That is the reason i m writing this article and you are reading this article on TSR.

Have you ever wondered “what is TSR? ” “Who are working under this brand name and how do they work? ” “How does TSR do it?” “What makes TSR work?” “How did they start?” “How do they grow so fast?” “What is the secret of TSR survival in last crash?”   …. OK OK,  I m writing to answer these questions only !!

TSR, Team Stock Researchers … It was just a random thought a few years ago. Yes, you read it right.. Random thought. Some people who were doing “Orkutting” in 2007 summer in India, on a social networking website named Orkut (obviously, if people are orkutting, the site name must be Orkut )!! They have one common interest. That is stock exchange. They became friends, correction, orkut friends. And they have started one social community named Team Stock Researchers. Slowly and surely the traffic on that community is rising. Reason? Some very good stock analysis and guidance from its moderators.

I would like to disclose the name of those friends; they are Vinayak (Vini), Hiren (The rock), Shalin(Owl) and Gaurav. Let me tell you something about these four people. Vinayak A.K.A. Vini (original name is not disclosed here due to some reason, his friends call him Vini..and I will not break the tradition.) , he is the biggest “stock market worm” I have ever seen. He eats stocks , sleep stocks , drink stocks !! I mean it!! Shalin , a gujrati Mumbai guy !! He likes to work at night. An architecture student at day time and technical stock analyst at night time. No wonder people know him as an “OWL” !!  Hiren, a person with superb communication power and great skill of handling affairs. (Of course, legal affairs).  ”Hiren.. the rock” is what people call him. And Gaurav, another gujrati guy who was there at starting point with other friends.

They all were around age of 25 when they started it. Yes it was the time as per Hindu shashtra also when you have to start working and start earning!! As they are Indian they did not take much time to see the “demand” of quality service and shortage of such quality service in Indian stock exchange. And in 2007 Indian summer thy have started “premium service” under name of Team Stock Researchers. Oh, you don’t know what is premium service? Well, it is best quality service which is better than the good quality service which was provided in orkut community. And they are charging now for making it The Best from Good!! (I hope, I am not confusing..!!)

After some time, one partner among them left TSR for some personal reason; say he wanted to give his 100% commitment to other work. And after that incidence they have decided to add one more person to this Team. That person was there in Orkut friend list of  Vini, Shalin and Hiren. Trust me , it was the only reason they invited that person named Mitul Doshi(Mits) to join TSR. Yes you have seen this name before. The writer of this article is sharing same name. (Ok, you can smile again, you don’t need permission, if you cannot smile, read my next article “How to develop good sense of humour”)!! it was early winter in India , I think October was the month. And one call was received by me, it was from Hiren. And we decided to work together. Never thought we are going to work so great after that phone call..!

After that we have not looked back. In late December 2007 and early 2008, we have started working with our 100%. Everyone was giving his 100%.no wonder as it was Youngistan Team. We have developed our website also. Named niftyviews.com, we had started getting some unexpected income after lots of hard work, and consistency in performance. People were joining us and they were getting fantastic return now. Many other blogs we have made for different services. Like future-friend.blogspot.com for future service, and many more. As time passed we have added some other people also. Manas the nifty call specialist. Varun , fundamental analyst. Team Stock Researchers is known now as TSR. And it had become one of the best brands in this business of stock exchange advising in 2008. In late 3008 TSR had planned to register under Indian company act. And TSR became Team Stock Researchers Pvt. Ltd. Co. !! it was great moment for TSR. Now TSR is a big name and fame would follow it too!!

TSR has own chat room (don’t tell me you don’t know this!! If you really have so bad general knowledge visit: niftyviews.com now!!) , as per my knowledge, we do not have any other chat room with so many active members in it at same time. Highest was 450. Yes you read it right. At a time more than 450 members were online. On average 300 people are online in this chat room at market hours. You can be a part of this “online crowd”!! (Trust me… worth being part of this mob). We have got unexpected love from these chat room members. Some of them have joined our premium service, some of them are in chat room just to get some views, some of them are silent viewers, some of them are there to share their views..!! but all of them are there with good wishes for TSR and TSR is always there with good wishes and some good trades for all of them.

We have superb co ordination in this chat room. We have some finest people of this world in this chat room who really run this chat room with their 100% ability. Some names I would like to mention here. These are chat room name of our friends and moderator of chat room – Taps, India, B2B, Krahul, nemi and many other. Some other chat room members are there too which helps us in our work like anything. And fortunately they are good friends of TSR now. I will not be able to write 300+ names here…(and I hope you are matured enough to understand “why”? so i will not explain “why” !! OK… smile now..no one is watching you.)

TSR has survived the crash in world stock market, when 80% of the fake stock researchers who were there in market with “TIPS” were killed by uncertain global melt down. Of course , TSR also had bad time in this global crises (So what? Even Lehmen brothers and AIG had bad time!!) . But TSR was there with its clients throughout the bad period. TSR did not rise a single rupee in its charges just to take advantage of people who needed advice to invest at right time and at right place. TSR started new services as clients needed them. TSR has Future intraday , Cash intraday, Nifty intraday, weekly Cash service at this moment. And TSR is planning for Future and Index positional (for 3 to 10 days) service soon. Starting new service is not enough for name like TSR. TSR is all about rising and rising and rising… after getting success in advising service TSR has entered in new segment too. TSR brokerage service with India Infoline brokerage house. In 2009 summer TSR has planned its brokerage service and in October 2009 TSR has started brokerage service with help of TSR friend and mod in chat room Mr Sujan Desai A.K.A. Mr. Surat !  (Yes you are right he stays at Surat. Nothing to proud if you guess it. It’s obvious and his name says it.)

This was about TSR journey. It started early and it is still there in market with goodwill and respects. With 100s of satisfied clients. TSR is all about teamwork. All its team members are unique and they have different style of trading. They all are different, and they work together. That is the reason for TSR success. Let me introduce its current working members in TSR. Hiren(the rock) , he is back bone of TSR financial system, he is damn good in managing some impossible people (yes yes… like me… I agree..don’t shout ..) with his good communication skill.. He takes care of all financial thing in TSR. Vinayak (vini) is master of all technical and fundamental stock research. He takes care of all services and its record. He is like a master key for all locks, but he mostly works in stock future and cash as he cannot forget his 1st love. (ok, see the twinkle in your eyes with that “1st love” memory, ha ha) !! Shalin the owl !!he is  very good technical analyst who works when people sleep!! Yeah… as Mr.shiv khera says winners don’t do different things , they do things differently !! (ohh you know this line.. cool, big deal?) !! Ramkumar, a Chennai based mind blowing technical analyst who handles Nifty future and Bank nifty future like his babies!! Daily!! Sunil, The option master. I call him my lost brother.very nice person with good sense of humour. You don’t have any option but to join sunil is the only option for option trading. Sujan who is providing all these services with brokerage facility at his india infoline office surat. Damn good with his technical knowledge and one of the best people I know. (I mean… he is technical person and he is good too!! Rare combination). And me. Mitul Doshi.(ohh writer of this article  is having same name !! ooops! its me :P ) Friends at TSR call me Mits. (Don’t be dull, ok..Even you can call me Mits after our friendship.) A pure non technical person, in this TSR army.
