Air New Zealand ads stress they have nothing to hide.

What will they think of next? Who knows but Air New Zealand seems to be on a roll with their new ad campaign featuring their very own naked flight crew. With ticket sales down and needing something new to draw in customers this is what they did.

Yes that’s right these brave young men and woman are doing these commercials in nothing but their birthday suits and a bit of body paint.

So far there are two ads out there. The first is a commercial with the pilot and the co-pilot strolling through the airport on their way to the plane in nothing but their naked bodies covered in body paint. The people sitting in the airport don’t seem to be disappointed. Then inside the plane it shows an air hostess serving passengers beverages in her birthday suits and covered in body paint too. Another featured naked actor is the CEO of Air New Zealand. With a passenger looking out the window at a guy loading luggage under the plane, she smiles.

There is also another video featuring the naked flight crew giving their safety presentation. The airlines ads front line is they have nothing to hide. Meaning their are no hidden fees when you fly New Zealand. What they say you pay is the end result.

I watched one of the videos and to be honest it goes by so fast you cant even tell they are naked with the pilot and co-pilot but then again we are viewing them from a backward side view.

Interesting concept to say the least. Gave me a chuckle as I am sure it has given everyone who has seen the commercials. You can watch the video here.

I wonder if they will implement this as a new way to fly and actually have their crew fly this way. Interesting avenue to go down and we will have to wait to see if it does the job they hope it will, but living in the United States the thought of visiting New Zealand has just crossed my mind.
