On leadership.

Be commanding. Leaders are of a different breed–they look at the world from a powerful standpoint, not a fear-driven one. Leaders do not let their fears get the best of them. In order to be the leader that you were born to be–that you can mold yourself into being–you have to control your emotions. Have your head pointed in the right directions and underscore the grumblings of naysayers.       

Have a goal. Leaders have goals. They have a vision for their venture–whatever their venture is–which they must express to their subordinates. Some Leaders are rigid with their goals, others are loose with their goals, but all know where they are going. You must be able to lead your followers to the goal in order to be a leader.

Are Driven. Leaders do not fall at the first obstacle in their path….or any obstacle. Just look at the great Winston Churchill and one of his most famous quotes “Never, Never, Never give up.” Leaders fail but are never defeated.
