  1. Information is wealth. So in addition to just store, a very important thing is to make sure that these information are well organized so that it is easy to find,extract and do our analysis.
  2. Speak properly and very carefully in the meetings. Always try to provide a positive and straight forward answer so that things move positively.
  3.  Before doing a task analyze what all needs to be done and what would be the expectation for that deliverable and should be clear in what you are doing.
  4. While mailing make sure the mail contains correct and clear information so that when anyone reads they dont get confused.
  5. While doing a task allocation, first understand the effort required for the task to be completed, load balancing, team strength and weakness, timeline provided and accordingly plan.
  6. While planning always keep in mind that incremental deliverable is best than the whole..Means if the timeline is 5 days try to keep checkpoints within this 5 days and make sure a part of deliverable is achieved in each of these check points.
