Leadership the ability to persuade and inspire others to seek defined objectives.

It hardly matters that which kind of style of leadership  you are going to apply in your organization but it is sure that you are going to change the face of your organization with a cosmetic treatment of leadership. Let’s talk about the different style of leadership. Although there is such no rule or bounded number of types of leadership but the most common are-autocratic, democratic, rein, paternalistic and beurocratic etc .

As per the name of the different style it shows hard grip with the style number 1, 3 and 5 respectively. As far as style number 1, 2 and 4 are concern, these are liberal in nature. In today’s scenario of globalization one can nurture relation between the management and the worker of an organization by using the second category. As per my personal experience I would like to implement the paternalistic kind of leadership. Actually this kind of leadership consist a lot of responsibilities with fatherly attitude and finally that resulted into high productivity.
