It could involve the construction of car racing set, read a book at bedtime or to simply get attention. The ways are many. It is also among those who the informal leaders are created. If you as a leader only had half of this ability, you would get far.
When childrens play they have the ability to take care of each other’s resources – share knowledge, resources and vision to realize an idea. Look at when children are playing, it does not take long for the adults to get involved in the game! They do not like to acknowledge others’ talents, but is very aware of the deficiencies of others. When you were kids did you have many talents? You may have sang and danced well. What is the answer to the question today – you sing good? Both the managers and employees need to “find the song” in yourselfs. To both be and become more of yourselfs.
