Know how to create a market survey to sell your products by understanding customers’ needs and requirements.

  1. Create a well-defined questionnaire with multiple m choice questions. Provide an additional space for each question if the customer wants to give some other answer.
  2. Make the questions simple without any complications. It should be easy to read and understand.
  3. The questionnaire should have the following basic questions
    • Whether they like or dislike your product,
    • How many times they have purchased similar kind of products in the recent past,
    • What company product they buy most often,
    • Are they satisfied with the customer service?   
  4. Target the customers belonging to a particular demographic area, where you are going to sell your product.
  5. Target the age group which is mainly going to buy your product. For example: For baby products, target the age group between 25 and 45.
  6. Create a mailing list according to your target customers and send them. This is not needed if you have a website survey.
  7. Give enough time for the respondent to answer. Don’t have timer or any such things.
  8. Analyze the answers given by each respondent.
