Have you ever walked by a display window and something caught your attention? Did you stop because of the way the items were presented, or was it the beauty of the items? Chances are that it was a little of both sides.

The window you looked at was more appealing than the rest of the windows in that mall. So, why not use the same method to help you differentiate your products from the rest of the crowd? This can be accomplished by giving the option of creative packaging to your customers that reels them in with either curiousity or a desire that makes them sprint to your online store.

What Draws Attention

Bright colors and creative arrays can assist in attracting attention, especially for the teenage crowd. If you’re trying to sell Ipods, don’t just throw out an image with an iPod. Instead, show a clique of teens sharing an iPod with one headphone. This is an example of “display window” that can be used and can be quite compelling.

If you’re making videos, why not put up beautiful skins to differentiate from other websites? You can put up some magnificent video frames to help the video stick out on the webpage. The same idea can be used for your products by using vivid fonts and colors to help protrude specific words and/or features on your products.

Bundling

How about adding a small collection of products for some of your own products? Whether or not you actually bunch them together, give a description of using all of them together. You can also use them in your sales letter as a free bonus. By doing this, you are bundling and collecting your products creatively to increase your downline. Even if only a third of your customers take you up for it, they can give you quite a bit of money.

Pull Them Into The Window

What about using programs that draw people’s attention to interactive games, quizzes, music, or polls that help them go from a surfer to someone who’s interested with your products and/or business? This method gives you two bonuses. One, you can actively obtain feedback on your products and services. Two, you can give people a free preview of some of your deals by using promotional offers, dicounts, or “thanks for playing” offers.

Custom Packaging

If you can find a way to help a customer make their own packaging for a product, you’ve already got it made. Online customers want to purchase products and services they can’t get anywhere else in a view that they customize. So, if you have a way to include them to assist them in customizing their buying/browsing experience, they’ll love your online store and visit it again and again.

That’s because they would want to imagine the opportunities with the tools you provide on your site, to do research on how to bundle various demands, and see if you’ve offered any new promotions or tools that can help them.
