Great Steals
Today’s real estate market has provided some great price steals, and deals.
The real estate market tanked. Foreclosures have mushroomed and investors and cash-in-pocket wheelers and dealers have circled in on the opportunity.
Some houses going for auction are available for prices so low that it has caused many to join in on the frenzy they call smart buys.
Sharks feed in the same type of frenzy. Especially when blood is spilled the sharks fill-up on the victim’s life-blood. Real estate feeders also feed on life-blood. They forget someone’s heart was in their home. They don’t care. They are sharks, except for the ones who are vultures.
Boo-hoo! No bleeding heart, my-home-is-lost-and-you-don’t-care, cry baby is going to stave off the scent of blood. The circle. The blood is fresh. Strike now. Eat or be eaten. Survival of the fit…the species…the strong…nice guys finish last…
A real bonus for the shark/vulture investment groups is when somethings is left behind. Maybe some nice momentos from the irresponsible people and their loser children have been left to pick through.
“Is that a leak?”
“No just some tears.”
“Ha! Good. I feared it was something serious.”
Love, laughter, happiness: all easy steals.
The shark/vulture circles. The scent of blood from a broken heart fills their senseless senses. The circle is tightened. The biting and tearing begin until they are satisfied. They are pleased with who they are. They are what the world has become.
Two vultures stood by the side of the road. They looked first in one direction and then in the other direction. Quickly they waved for their vulture friend to hurry across the road. Their friend began to dart across and was immediately struck by a speeding vehicle. The two vultures grinned and agreed they knew their friend would fall for their deceit. They ate his remains.
So, there is hope in this market. Maybe, just maybe, you may have the pleasant opportunity to see the sharks and the vultures devour one another.
