Running a search on Google keyword tool is the first thing to . Do it slowly you need to get a fine list of keywords to search later. Finding a house requires a lot of keywords because the market is huge and you need to reach a large amount of agencies.

With all the houses you want saved on your hard drive, it’s fast now to make a decision about which ones you will ask for even more information.

Email the agencies about the houses you like and ask them to give you information about what you need to do to purchase that house, the steps you need to take and the documentation you are going to sign. Tell them this is your first time you are doing this and you do not have help from other people. If they try to take advantage of you, make a bad review about them in a famous place such as Squidoo, if try try to make you do any illegal thing, call the police discretely. I know personally some people that purchased houses that did not even exist.

If they house you like is already taken, see that as an opportunity to search better next time.
