Enterprise Risks

When setting Sam Morgan set up the enterprise he took and hoped that his company would take off… and he didn’t look back on it.

1. Sam had to put all his money into starting the company up;
2. Go to banks to find more money for offices, computers etc;
3. Find staff with the computer expertise that was needed;
4. The web site start up would have been complicated, so would have taken time and knowledge;
5. Advertising – this would have taken time and money;
6. Acceptance by the public;

Without taking these risks Trade Me would still be just words on a screen.
