How to make money by building computers
An article on how to make money by building and selling computers. Anyone can do it with a little bit of help.
If you have the skills and knowledge it takes to build computers this is for you, or if you have a friend you can sucker into this, that will do just as well.
People like to buy stuff cheap. There are two possibilities here. Either you start your own internet shop or you start an EBay-shop. I would suggest saving money and making your own internet shop and getting listed in Froogle.
First, you have to contact the importer of computer parts or buy straight from the factory. It can cost you a lot of money buying parts with this method, because contracts with big companies are usually bad for small companies like yours. Because they usually make you buy stuff for five thousand dollars every month. So my suggestion for you is to buy at least some used computer parts.
But, you should start small. Before you start your own internet shop or even a small EBay-shop, just buy used but good quality parts and build a computer from that. Then sell it very cheap on EBay. If all goes well you can start selling more. After sometime you can probably open the internet shop or at least an EBay-shop.
Your budget, it doesn’t need to be big. The only thing you need is three to four hundred dollars to buy the parts and build the computer. Remember to start from small.

This a superflous article – no real substance in it. For ex – if I wanted to really inform and educate I would have:
Included links of parts resellers
Included links of websites of actual resellers
Shown eBay/Yahoo links
Provided examples of costs of PC components and potential pricing
Links on how to assemble PCs
Examples of PC configurations that sell well
Sorry – but I could not resist it ….
I completely agree!
complete and utter POS
Why spend 3 to 400 bucks on used computer parts.
Just go to walmart and spend 3to 400 bucks
on a new computer.
Well, I agree w/ techie. Sammy, the $300 comp I could build would rip the socks off your $300 Walmart special.
Sorry – but I couldn’t resist either
I also agree. the computer you could build yourself will have alot more bang for your buck. walmart and other companies make you pay for the outside looks. like neon lights in it and designs on the outside and pay no atention to the inner workings. why not buy a lame looking tower and a nice mother board with a decent cpu and lots of ram and bam! your done. then add what you want for what you do. big gig game card for gamers or a nice sound card for those music lovers. whatever you perfer. but if you were to sell online. i would stick to hopping up the ram and cpu. because lets face it. everyone wants a fast computer when surfing the net. read around build it yourself.
Computer companies rarely will build a system that caters for a customer’s every need. That’s where us custom builders come in. For example, I recently had a client that wanted a decent gaming pc, but wanted blu-ray and a card reader so it could be a media PC too. That’s hard to find in PCs sold in retail outlets.
My dads mate built my computer it is much more powerful and reliable than any you can get from a shop.
Frankly boing, a good computer doesn’t buy you intelligence nor an understanding of grammer.
Your introduction lacks a comma. Here’s an overview of your corrected failures:
Frankly, Boing, a good computer doesn’t buy you intelligence, nor an understanding of grammar.
I am laughing at the first comment, because I though exactly the same thing…no substance at all. oh well…
