These need to be realistic financial objectives. Have a goal with each marketing objective you undertake and track your financial goals.
Detail your expenses for your small company. What will your expenses be in March? in April? In all months of the year? These expenses needs to be accurate.
Adamantly stick to your business plan for the whole year, especially to your monthly and yearly revenue as well as your expenses. Find a way to hit your projected numbers even if the strategy isn’t comprised in your marketing plan.
