“The only definition of a leader is someone who has followers (Drucker p.271).” However Leadership is a much more complex task in and of itself. There are people who take leadership roles as managers, parents, or even friends. Typically in a group there is always a leader that will guide or direct the group to the next attraction or activity. Sometimes a leader is brought up accidentally and it just so happens that he or she said or did something to make the group follow his or her direction. Furthermore in the business world leaders separate themselves from the followers and get noticed by other leaders to be eventually brought up through the leadership ranks.
