Where I live there are basically two types of potential employees, those who need to work, and bored housewives who want to find a job to get out of the home and socialize. The problem is how employers often treat these two types of workers very differently.

Loyal, dedicated employees get laid-off or ripped-off while executive personnel continue to gorge on the fruits of the worker bee’s hard labor.
